10 Year Anniversary (+ CONTEST - ENDED)

CONTEST CLOSED. DUE TO THE VOLUME OF ENTRIES, THE JUDGING PROCESS WILL TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL, INCLUDING TIME TO EVALUATE OVER THE FINAL DECISION. February 15th 2013 was a milestone for my time on deviantart! Its my 10 year anniversary! Wow, that is quite something! I can't believe its been that long since I first joined the site! The years have just rolled by! There have been so many people come and go over my artist progression, people who have inspired me, people who've become long time friends, people who have since departed the site and are dearly missed, and people who could do with a slap... of LOVE!

As part of my celebration for all of my 10 years of artistic endevours, as promised I am holding a contest! Yeah, I can see my once quiet page lighting up with activity to try and chase the rewards ready to bestow! Its only one contest this time around, I do have another planned for the future but I'm not going to be running it simultaneously as I have done before.

So what is the contest, you say? Its a sequel to my Love You Long Time contest, entitled, Love You Long Time 2: The Spotlight Sequel. Its a self appeal contest, and I figure as this is celebrating my 10 years here, I sure need a little pampering

Objective: To draw one of the characters listed below. They are mostly from video games with the very minor television character. They are all equally my favourites so there is no bias. I decided to choose characters (and certain variations) that I don't see very often as well.

RULES

Only one character from the above list per piece.
You can enter TWO pieces only into this contest.
Characters must be drawn full body to include the whole design. (Nb. Some exceptions are being made)
The only artistic mediums accepted are drawings done via a digital or traditional method. Excluded are: 3D Mods (eg. GMOD), Photography and Fan Fiction. Pieces that use doll or other such templates are not permitted.
There is no specific theme or style request for the pictures. They can be sexy, funny, serious or whatever!
Backgrounds are encouraged but not compulsary.
Pieces must be coloured. If you have trouble colouring, basic colour fill is accepted.
Some characters may have multiple designs - all are accepted unless specifically stated on a design for a character.
All pieces must be brand new submitted works and not old pieces.
Entries must be submitted by Friday 31st May 2013 23:59:59GMT. No pieces will be accepted after this time. Time zones are taken into account.
