This is my part of the Gothic Lolita art trade with :iconshiverz:. It's been a while coming seeing as I was colouring and editing it in parts.

One of the things I wanted to practice was having a character sat down, so one of my inspirations in this picture from some ideas she gave me was to have her sitting down. The outfit is based on a numerous costumes I had gandered at across the net, though does not directly copy for anything particular. The design is of my own creation. And the polar bear is for extra cuteness. It's got a sort of lolita-ish sense - not cute - but I think Shiverz does sexy better then cute ;)

I did cheat with the lace. I just edited a picture of lace so that it would fit with the picture. I tried hand drawing lace but I just don't have the knack for it. ^^;
